why is it that when i want to add a contact, the only thing that comes up is email, first name and last name? then once the contact is created i can go in and add phone #, address, etc…how do i make it so that this isn’t a 2-step process and i can just see/add everything at once?

When looking to adding a new contact and adding properties other than Email, First Name and Last name, once those fields are filled in the pop-out with load with your other properties. I have included a video of what this looks like:
