Please can you make an option to set a shareable URL for marketing emails as default? Lots of teams send out emails and then always need to go back to them to share with other customers, but sometimes they forget to click the “generate shareable URL link” on the email and then they have to clone the email and then select specific contacts to re-send the email too.
I agree with @BCunliffe - Generating a URL should be on by default, or at least a general account setting for the Sender profile or email profile.
It would make sense if these links were more easily recognizable or shorter for sharing purposes.
Additionally, if there is no URL generated, the “Web Version” slot in the bottom right of the Email Settings post-send should reflect that there is no link. Currently that field evaporates.
