Default Contact Record Sidebar Properties

Hello!

I use HubSpot largely as a CRM database and currently have about 110 contacts. I would like to keep my current default contact record sidebar properties for most of the contacts (this is about 26 properties). A few contacts only need about 5 contact properties listed in the sidebar. Is there a way to do this without making the default contact record sidebar properties the 5 properties that I need for both groups of contacts? I’m trying to avoid having to manually change the view of about 100 contacts to the 26 properties.

Hi @becsoto,

What you’re describing is called conditional section in the contact record sidebar. It already exists in Professional and Enterprise subscriptions. In the free CRM or on a Starter license, this can unfortunately not be achieved.

I’m not aware of any workarounds here, unfortunately.
