Now that HubSpot offers the option to export the duplicates in Excel file. What can you do with it? I mean how can I merge those in Excel and then put those back in HubSpot and merge them?

No, that’s unfortunately not possible. Contacts cannot be merged through import. At this point, the Excel export is really just a better way for you to explore, analyze, filter your duplicates - things the duplicates tool does not support at this stage.

Hey @NKolev - there are ways to do this. You can use Excel or Google Sheets for this.
Use 3rd-party apps like Superjoin. With this, you can import data into Excel. Filter out the duplicate records and delete them from Excel. With Superjoin’s 2-way sync, you can push back the contact list and it’ll be updated with deduplication.
