Hey HubSpot lovers anyone else think it would be useful if you could see the follow up task or sequnce a contact has or in that was associated to the Deal from the Deal view? Who is with me? Shout out please : )

This 100%, you technically can do it manually by associating the task or activity to the deal associated to the contact. However, this is not ideal as we handle a ton of leads and is inefficient to enroll a contact/deal in a sequence and then have to go and manully associate the sequence activity related to the deal. Please make this a feature HubSpot

This is 100% what I’ve been frustrated by. Here’s the issue:

1. When IN a deal, and creating an email, you can select a sequence to send to a contact (aka assign that sequence to the contact), but NONE of the sequence activity auto-associates with the deal. Therefore,
  1. All deals in the pipeline under this example show “No activity scheduled” which is FALSE
  2. Email engagement and sequence-generated tasks can only be seen in the contact, which is far more onerous view and manage than simply monitoring within the deal
  3. It takes way too much time to click into every contact and manually associate items with the deal

Just upvoted. Would be really helpful to be able to see if a contact is enrolled in a sequence from a Deal view. At the moment I can see if it ever was, by the sequence number, but not if it is currently, which makes our caseload management take longer than it needs to.

Totally agree - we can enrol a contact(s) in a sequence from a Deal, which is great.

But we can’t then see the sequence activity against the deal, which is sadly a showstopper for some of our clients - they go back to sending emails manually (via a template) from the deal (because that does log against deal activity).
