Deals search exempt from ten seconds rule however giving 429 error in private app

In API docs Accounts Dashboard | HubSpot , it is mentioned that deals search api is exempt from ten seconds rule, Image; https://prnt.sc/_4LNoVXCU4os . I have implemented it and tested on 40 repetitions, however it is noticed giving 429 error which triggers only if rate limit of ten second exceeds; Image: Screenshot by Lightshot . It seems internal issue in Hubspot rules, please fix it.

Hi, @ISingh2 :waving_hand: Thanks for sharing. Quick question, are you able to consistently reproduce this issue? If so, can you DM me the HubID for the portal this is happening for? I can take it to my internal resources, and having additional details and a way to reproduce are always helpful.
