I am new to HubSpot and I am trying to create a report and ultimately a dashboard for my executive team.
On the deals page I show a total of 21 open deals. They all have values, owners, close dates, etc. However, when I am trying to pull them into a joint report to show to potential total customer value, I am only getting 4 deals.
When I remove all filters I get well over 100 (there are only 21 deals we have created as these others somehow are auto-generating which I need to fix at some point).
Is anyone willing to spend 5-10 and to share my screen and help? Lunch on me if you can… LOL

Can you please share a screenshot of your report settings and filters? Make sure to pixelate any information you don’t want to have publicly in the community.
The same would go for your deal index page, which filters are you applying here, could you share a screenshot?

@karstenkoehler Here are the two screenshots. When I remove all filters, it has some random data in there. If I put in a filter of just our three active users, it only gives me the four deals.
I am having similar issues on a number of reports. For example, one of our Pipelines has 82 Deals in a certain stage and when I set up a Report so that I can export the data and choose that Pipeline and Stage with no other filters, it has only 11 Deals on the report.

Not by doing them myself. I ended up hiring a company on Upwork (I think $28 an hour) to create a few basic reports and I have been using them to amend and make others.
I would recommend the same, and Upwork was pretty easy to use with a ton of people with experience in Hubspot specifically for these things.
Once you get the reports created, I have found they are best used in Hubspot as a dashboard and not the individual reports page.
