Hi all,
I’m trying to create a deal funnel report but the graph is only showing deals on the first stage.
But when I go into the report details and click on the total number of deals on the first stage, some of them appear at a different stage. Here it is what I’m talking about:
Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

Hi @CPenafiel,
By default, HubSpot will only show deals that have gone through all stages in the correct order. There is a setting in the left sidebar, where you can specify whether a deal must’ve gone through all or any of the stages in your report.

Hello Karsten,
since the end of 2024, it is no longer possible to distinguish between all or any.
Also I cannot edit Deal fields like “date-entered Discovery”, and so on.
How can I fix that?
