I have been using HubSpot for 6 years - and honestly it just keeps getting worse and worse. HubSpot continues to change things which were working perfectly fine - and make them worse. I have a bakery, and my deals are sorted into categories such as “new order”, “bake”, “delivery and pick up”, “completed”. Within these dashboards, each order/“deal” has a close date in which the order is due. This is how I sort it so I know which day the order needs to be completed. Within the last week - every single time I swipe out of the app, HubSpot is automatically changing the order of my deals to sort itself by the create date rather than the close date. So every single time I use the app (at least 20 times a day), I have to manually change the dashboard to be organized by close date instead of create date. HubSpot PLEASE put it back to how it was, so it stops automatically resetting itself every time the app is closed. It’s not efficient or user friendly.

Assuming that you’re referring to the deals index page (Menu > CRM > Deals), sorting only persists if you save the tab you’re in as a filtered view: Create and manage saved views
- Click the + icon next to the tabs at the top to create a new view
- Give it a name
- Apply your sorting
- Click the floppydisk icon to save / in the new UI, click the gear icon > Save changes
- Drag and drop the tab to the very left to make it your default
Every time you open deals, it should default to this view with this exact sorting.
