The deals board view does not handle deal amounts with multiple currencies properly. The closed deals have amount in GBP & USD while the company currency is GBP.
The closed won amount just totals all amounts irrespective of the currencies and only when hovering over it, it shows the amount in company currency, i.e. the exchanged amounts.
It is not clearly mentioned. Should either have a note or be calculated properly!

I have checked that view across multiple customer multi-currency portals, and I cannot reproduce the mismatched values you are displaying. In every case, the Company Currency total that appears when hovering matches the same value in the totals row if Company Currency is displayed.
I recommend exporting your closed won deals to sum the value in Company Currency. Check that against your dashboard and if you can’t resolve why they differ, I recommend opening a support ticket. They should display the same value in Company Currency.
