Can you please add the Deal Status field to the colums listed on the Quotes view under Sales. I have no way to know if I care that a quote is signed or not when I can’t see the deal stage it is in. Thank you!

Unfortunately this is currently not possible in hubspot. but you can always submit your idea into the idead section of the hubspot commuity. https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Ideas/ct-p/ideas.
