We have cases like:
contract sent - Pending - Sent - signed.
But trying to use the journey report causes an error:
Example:
150 - 12 - 0 - 0
if I delete the first sent I end up with
147 pending - 6 sent - 4 signed
There are also cases like
sent - deal lost - sent - signed
How can I create reports of those cases?
The sent - deal lost case gets overwritten by sent - signed
even just by sent - lost the next step sent counts as 0.
Please make it possible to follow this steps.

Can you share a screenshot or two of your report settings?
Most likely the incosistency is caused by all steps being set to mandatory, so if a deal does not go through all the steps it will drop off or not be shown - but this is just a guess.

First screen: Is the special case.
Second screen: I can see this special case as one of the 4 deals.
But those cases involve:
pending - other stuff - sent - signed
other stuff - pending - sent -signed
Third screen: The case I wanted to see is missing.
The 5 in the end would represent sent - sent - signed.
But sent - pending - sent - signed is not possible.
