Hi there! I am a Super Admin on our account. We need to audit our deal pipeline. Basically, a deal stage was created long time back and we are unable to check who has created that dela stage and when?
I am using the free version of Hubspot. So unable to find the same in Audit Logs. Can anyone help me on how and where I can find the history of “Deal stages”?

The audit log is not available on the free tier and doesn’t go back that far, see here: View and export account activity history
If you’re comfortable working with the API, you might get the info here, but (see above) you might hit the same wall: Retrieve audit logs - HubSpot docs
HubSpot support can help with this - but not on the free tier. You would have to upgrade to a paid subscription.
