"Deal Stage Has Never Been Any Of" Not Working?

Hi,

We have two pipelines for two separate products, and we want to separate deals that have never been a part of either of them. So I’ve tried using “Deal Stage Has Never Been Any Of” also just the general never has had a deal in X pipeline, but they don’t seem to be pulling correctly and we keep getting deals from the other pipeline.

Any great way to pull these things normally in a list?

Are you referring to companies that have never had a deal in either pipeline? A deal can only be in one pipeline, so I’m trying to follow what you could mean when you say that you want deals that have never been in either pipeline.

Assuming you want companies, you will have to build two lists, simply because HubSpot lists do not support a “has none of” filter, only “at least one of is none of”.

  1. List of companies which are associated to a deal where pipeline is either 1 or 2
  2. List of companies who are not in list 1

If you want companies who had a deal but not in 1 or 2, adjust list 2 to ‘List of companies who are not in list 1 AND is associated to a deal where create date is known’, for example.

If you’re indeed referring to deals who have never been in either pipeline, could you please elaborate on that? Are you moving deals between pipelines? If so why?
