Deal showing in "All Time" Closed/Won Report but not "This Quarter" Closed/Won Report

I set up a Sales Reporting Dashboard.

This dashboard includes 2 reports (among others):

1. Deals closed won this quarter by rep
– Filtered to “THIS ENTIRE QUARTER”

2. Deals closed won all time by rep

– Filtered to “ALL TIME”

Here is the issue:

In report #2 (“Deals closed won all time by rep”), Rep A has 5 deals closed all time. Clicked on the bar, I can see the 5 deals that the rep has closed. In the screenshot below, you’ll see 4 grey deals and 1 pink deal. The 1 pink deal is the issue.

In report 1 (“Deals closed won all time by rep”), clicking on Rep A’s name shows only 2 closed deals; the pink deal is missing. Even though the pink deal was closed 1/22/25, it isn’t showing up.

Does anyone know the reason for this?
I checked the deal card and it is:
– Assigned to the rep
– Closed on 1/22/25
– Set as “Won”
– Showing up in Report #2 (all time)

Of course! Here you go…!

In the Deals Won This Quarter By Rep, all 4 sales reps are included in this report, but I blocked their names our for privacy. Only Tanner, the rep whose deal is missing (refer to screenshots in my original post) and Rep #4 have closed this quarter so far which is why Rep #2 and Rep #3 are missing from the report. Where Tanner has 2 deals in this report, it should be 3, as he closed 3 of his 5 total deals in 2025.

Same thing for the reps in the second screenshot: “Deals closed won all time by rep”. Names blocked for privacy. Tanner has 5 deals here, 3 of which were closed this quarter and 2 of which were closed in December 2024.
