Hi,
We are looking on creating a report/dashboard that gets sent to us on a weekly basis, showing all deals that moved to a certain deal stage during the last 7 days (for example). I’m not getting the right result I’m hoping for so hopefully someone can guide me in the right direction?
It’s enough to show:
X amount of deals were moved within the last 7 days to Deal Stage X
Names of deals are XYZ
Any tips or suggestions?

This can be achieved with a custom report. Navigate to Menu > Reports > Reports > Create custom report > Single object > Deals.
Click Filters on the upper left and replace the date filter with “Entered Stage Date - [the stage you’re interested in] is In the last 7 days”, see below:
Now click into the Visualization tab and drag and drop any property that you’re interested in into the Displaying area, for example Deal name and Amount. For this type of report a Table chart might make most sense since you’re not interested in a time perspective of those 7 days but mostly a list of the deals that fit these criteria:
Once you’ve named this report (“Deals that moved into [stage] within the last 7 days”), you can place this report on a dashboard and sent up the automatic email: Email or export your dashboard

Hi, is there a way to show the date the deal moved from stage to stage? Said differently, is there a way to add a column to the report you show above that would specify the actual date the deal moved? So if I ran your report for the last 7 days, there would also be a column showing deal 1 moved on 06/09/22, deal #2 moved on 06/10/22, etc. Is that possible?

What if I wanted to create a report that showed all deals that were stuck at a particular stage for 90 days or more?
The ‘is before’ option only lets me select a specific date that would have to be manually changed every day. Is there a way to manupilate the filter so that I can achieve the report I want without manual intervention?

In single-object reports, you can use some internal properties called Entered Stage Date (these properties can only be used there), so it displays the dates deals entered a specific stage. Also, these reports can’t display multiple stage dates at once, meaning you would need to create a report for each stage you wish to check.

Is there a way we can report on Deals entered a stage when created? I would like to see how many deals were created at what stage, for last month.

Hi, is this even possible with tickets, please? We have a pipeline of tickets (similar to deals) as sub-pipeline of activities we do with the client and want to do the same. Thanks
