Hi, is it possible to set a Deals List in Close Date order by default rather than having to always click rearrange the date order each time I view? Hey @RSummers8, thank you for posting in our Community! Yes, it’s possible to set the Deals List in Close Date order by default. Here’s how you can do it: 1. Navigate to the settings or preferences section of your account. 2. Look for the option related to sorting or arranging the Deals List. 3. Select ‘Close Date’ as the default sorting option. By following these steps, the Deals List will be automatically arranged by Close Date every time you view it, saving you the trouble of manually rearranging it each time. I hope this helps, Pam ---

Hi @RSummers8, I hope that you are well! I understand that you’d like to see the deals sorted by “Close date” by default each time you check on the deals. Please let me know if that’s not the case. To do that, you’ll need to [**create a saved view** (here are the steps for that)](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/filter-records-and-save-views#filter-records-and-save-views), see screenshot below, then **sort by the close date** and then **save**.
