My deal funnel report is reporting less deals than we actually have.
I have reviewed several posts about the same issue here, and the solution always seems to be changing the configuration from “All” to “Any”, however, my costumization options seem to be completely different from what is shown in all the screenshots shared in the Hubspot community posts. Has this been changed?
I cannot find where to change the filter from All to Any:

Your deal overview would include all deals, the funnel reports autofilter for records that have completed the first step within the defined date range. In other words, deals skipping the first stage are automatically excluded from the report. Deals outside of the date range are, too.
Keeping that in mind, can you compare the numbers again?

It makes sense now. What if the first stage is “Deal record created”, does this mean the stage is unskippable?
One more question. I see you’ve suggested in other threads to change the report setting from “all” to “any”, so that deals that have skipped changes aren’t excluded.
I cannot find this filter setting, has it been removed?
The only filter options I get are date ranges.
There seems to be an option to “mark as optional” for each stage, but seems to be payewalled behind sales hub enterprice.
@NJaramillo5 this setting was replaced by switching steps from required to optional, correct.
