Hi, we use wordpress as our website builder and have contact forms.
For contacts who submits using business mails the contact,company & deals gets created and being associated. But for contacts who submits using gmail, the contact is only created and company & deal is not created.
Note : We have separate field to get company name. “COMPANY” in form, as wordpress is connected with hubspot via plugin, we don’t find any options for field mapping.
I want to create company, deal for contacts who also submits through gmail.
How to resolve this? can anyone help on this

This sounds like you may have set up a workflow in HubSpot that creates deals and is based on companies. Before you do anything else, you should investigate how exactly these deals are created.
You can do this by navigating to the workflow section in your HubSpot portal and use the “Action types” dropdown to search for “Create record”. Your workflow that creates deals should appear here.
If you’re not seeing companies created from freemail, that suggests that you have this setting enabled: Automatically create and associate companies with contacts
If you want companies created from freemail, simply create another workflow that enrolls contacts who do not have an associated company, then use the ‘Create record’ workflow action to create the company, based on your company name field from your form.
Once created, the deal creation workflow from above (supposedly) could kick in. That depends on the enrollment criteria of that workflow.
