In HubSpot we can assign owner on round robin but for my use case our sales team has a team of 10 and each of them have their week off on different days. So based on their availability i want to ensure the deal gets assigned to only sales person who works on that day. So is there a way to implement this functionality in HubSpot? ---

You’d have to look into third party integrations (PocketKnife could be an option) or custom code actions (requiring Operations Hub Professional or Enterprise). The out of the box workflow action cannot accomplish this. Best regards! ---

We created two teams, one as ‘Sales Team’ and another named ‘No Round Robin’. Create a workflow that assigns contacts or deals to ‘Sale Team’. Add the users that are working that week to ‘Sales Team’ and the ones that are not to ‘No Round Robin’. Change user teams when a new weekly rotation happens. ---

@CZoods But assigning users to either of the team is again manual task because we have 10 sales reps with distinct weekly off for two days. ---

We have something for this - you can check it out here: [Redirecting to: /smart-lead-ticket-routing/](https://www.daeda.tech/projects/out-of-office-workflows) It’s a Round Robin action that lets you skip users based on their availability, working hours or out of office times. It should help you in this case. ---
