Is there a way to report on Deal Amounts where the amount was manually entered and is no longer reflecting the calculated amount based on Line Items entered? I already fixed the property to Everyone can view to avoid moving forward.

Hi @SMcGoldrick in terms of reporting I think it has no impact on being added manually or through TCV. Are you having any specific issues?

Yes, we have found the root cause and updated the property to Everyone View moving forward, but I am looking for a “catch-all” report to capture those deals where someone manually updated the amount property on the deal to provide users with updates they need to correct. We have several instances where this property was updated by a user with or without line items added to the deal.

Could you create a Workflow to copy the TCV into the Deal amount, this way you would have the correct amount.

Or maybe you could play with this criteria in the Deal lists?

I will try the secondary solution instead of the copy method since we want the amount to reflect the ACV and not the TCV. Will let you know if I have success. Thank you
