# Deactivated Account

Hi,

I have logged in after being away in December to see that our Hubspot account has been deactivated. It is very urgent that this is reactivated as we use it to gather new contacts and contact enquiries. Check this article [here](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account/recover-your-inactive-hubspot-account#:~:text=Free%20accounts%20will%20be%20deactivated%20after%20120%20days,Sign%20in%20link%20to%20keep%20your%20account%20active.). In the end, you will find a form. Fill that up and someone from HS will connect with you.
