Is there any option for this type of customization or do we need to look into our own form development and then submit via API?

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this doesn’t exist to my knowledge. I did find a few examples on codepen that could be of use. You would need to do custom form development for this one then use the forms API to submit to.

B: this is a great idea and you should add it to the ideas board. If you could add a link to the idea here, we can all upvote it (upvotes matter). Because it is the holidays, I will also float this idea to the responsible teams ,
