When creating an email and using the ‘Date of last meeting booked in meetings tool’ as a personalisation token to add the date and time of the meeting to the email contents, only the date appears (not the time).
It would be great if the time could also appear, otherweise the workflow solution for a custom reminder or confirmation email doesn’t do the job as the customer doesn’t know the time of the meeting!
Please implement the request as the token already exists in the system. The default email confirmation for “Meetings” includes the “Time” information. Unfortunately, this default email cannot be customized on your part.

Since the meeting reminder cannot be customized, and this property is not availble to use in workflow, we are left with no reminders and plenty of no shows.
Hubspot, please make this available as soon as possible. The standard confirmation is not good enough. We need personalisation and layout in the confirmation. This is very important. thanks for your quick response.
