HubSpot Data Sync allows you to re-sync deleted records, but these records are marked as records that are failing to sync. There is no way to filter out records that aren’t syncing because they were deleted from records that aren’t syncing due to an actual sync issue that an admin needs to take action on.
This screenshot shows that I have 1,376 records failing to sync. Most of these are because they were bulk-deleted in HubSpot. I probably have about 10 records that are failing to sync that I should manage, but I don’t have a way to identify them.
My only option is to scroll through these thousand records and look at the Sync Activity column.
To improve the ability for admins to proactively manage sync errors, it would be very useful if the deleted records could be kept elsewhere or if we could filter or sort on Sync Activity to easily display other sync errors.
