Hi,

I’m an experience admin and I need to get new comers into my team to understand the importance of Data Quality & learn best practices on Data management.

is there any training, certification programs I can include them into?

@mzebib68 I’m not aware of any certifications regarding data hygiene, [this blog from HubSpot has a comprehensive overview on Data Quality](https://blog.hubspot.com/website/comprehensive-overview-of-data-quality) that’s very informative and has lots of great videos and resources.

My recommendation is to have clear internal processes that set the right expectations for data quality.

Ops Hub Pro/Enterprise has a [data quality command center](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/data-quality-command-center) that might be helpful to explore.
