Data Enrichment Tool for B2B Enterprise SaaS

Hey everyone,

I recently started as RevOps Manager in a B2B SaaS company and we are struggling with getting quality data out of our current data enrichment tool. Our target customers are Enterprise companies so accurate revenue data is mission critical for us. We operate in Europe and the US so good data across both is also important.

We currently use ZoomInfo and have had pretty mixed results so wondering if anyone has any suggestions for other data enrichment tools they have had success with?

Thank you!

Louise

Hi @LHare1,

None of the data enrichment tools will be perfect. So far, our clients have had success with:

  • Breeze Data Enrichment
    • From our experience, this has been just as accurate as ZoomInfo for the type of data you’re looking to enrich, and it is a much more cost-effective approach
  • Seamless.ai (for full transparency, we’re also Seamless Partners and this is our partner link to Seamless.ai)
    • This has also been just as good as ZoomInfo; still more cost-effective
    • If you aren’t looking for phone and email enrichment, I’d lean toward Breeze
  • AccountScout
    • Even the free version of this has been pretty decent

Again, none of them are going to be perfect, but these are some good alternatives.

Thanks for the insight Josh!

Cognism

Hello @LHare1

I have recently noticed that several users are experiencing the same challenge.

There are many options available in the market, but I believe the best choice is Clay.com.

This platform offers great flexibility and creativity in your enrichment workflows, allowing you to work with different data sources based on your specific use case.

It would be helpful to better understand what type of data you are looking for.

Let me know.

Hi @LHare1

In 2025, the conversation around enrichment has shifted a lot compared to even a year or two ago.

For B2B enterprise SaaS, most teams I see are no longer relying on a single provider like ZoomInfo. Instead, the more durable approach is waterfall enrichmen, running records through multiple sources until you fill the gaps. Tools like Clay, Cognism, or Clearbit are solid pieces, but the real differentiator in 2025 is how you stitch them together and validate the data before it lands in HubSpot or Salesforce.

One thing to check is whether your enrichment process supports field-level event triggers. For enterprise revenue data especially, you want updates in near real-time so reps aren’t making calls on stale info. Modern sync platforms can now push validated firmographics straight into HubSpot or your warehouse without batch delays (Clean up contacts to improve email deliverability )

If you’re operating across US and Europe, it’s also worth confirming GDPR-compliant sourcing and opt-in status, since regulators are stricter this year.

When this hinges on consistent revenue fields between systems, Stacksync carries those values across both directions automatically, so HubSpot, Salesforce, and your warehouse all stay aligned without manual patches. Hope this helps.

I go back and forth between tools for data enrichment, but lately I’m really leaning into LeadAngel, so it’s back on my “favorites” list. In a nutshell, it’s been giving us much cleaner revenue and firmographic data than we were getting before, especially for our Enterprise accounts in both the US and Europe. It quietly does the heavy lifting in the background, and honestly, it’s made our RevOps life feel a lot smoother.
