Just giving a +1 for @Josh 's recommendation on this one. Rebuilding the report will be much quicker than going to support on this.

The first thing I’d double-check is that these are definitely the same reports and not a duplicate version.
If it’d definitely the same one, try removing from the dashboard, customizing again (even if nothing actually changes), and re-add to your dashboard.
If that doesn’t work, there could be some sort of glitch. You could work with tech support on that, but honestly you’d be better off just recreating the report since it’s a pretty basic one to build. If the issue still appears, it’s definitely a bug of some sort.
For testing, I recreated one in a test portal.
Mine looks the same on the dashboard as the report and the report builder.
