I recently created a custom dashboard to show number of contacts by Hubspot score. Unfortunately Hubspot isn’t displaying the scores in numerical order. So the line for people with a Hubspot score of 3 is after the line for people with a Hubspot score of 30. This seems like a back-end bug to me.
Hi @bball
You may be able to fix the report by changing the display settings:
However, do you mind sharing how you created your report (in terms of data and filters) as in my portal I’m not able to build a report of HubSpot Score by Count of Contacts - which I find wierd.
Thanks, Phil.
I’m with @Phil_Vallender - I can create a report on Average HubSpot score with lifecycle and count of contacts together, but not count alone. I’d love to know your creation method, @bball . The solution I’d see would be the same as Phil, and if it’s not working contact HubSpot Support to see if it’s a bug. Support is awesome.

OK, I got on the phone with support and figured it out. The trick is that in the edit mode of the builder, you have to click on the little down arrow, choose sort by ascending, and then apply.
In terms of how I created the report to begin with, I did it in the new custom report builder, with Hubspot score as one axis and count of contacts as another axis.
