Hello guys, I just joined the community. I have an analytical background, and I have been using CRM systems for the past year. I had a question: What if we embed or give full access to a CRM autonomous agent for daily tasks? What about customer data privacy if autonomous agents start working as side agents on our behalf?
In this evolving AI world, I am quite sure that a few years from now, autonomous agents will be installed in some major CRM systems. These days, new AI models are being released almost every second week, and the more capital we invest, the more advanced AI will become.
Interesting point CRM autonomous agents could really improve daily workflows, but data privacy, access control, and audit trails will be the key challenges to solve before full adoption; Play PKR also shows how trust and controlled user interactions are essential when scaling automated systems.

Hi @MRathod781,
Agents and assistants are a HubSpot Professional and Enterprise feature: Use assistants and agents in Breeze studio - in other words, this is already possible now, and these agents have access to the CRM for autonomous executioun of tasks.
Also, quoting HubSpot from this page: Manage AI settings
You can manage AI feature access in your AI settings and configure what data is shared. Review HubSpot’s AI Trust FAQs and AI Model Cards for detailed information on AI security controls, data use, and compliance.
Whether this is compliant with data privacy legislation where you’re doing business, is something you’d have to consult a local legal professional, your legal team or data privacy officer for.
Best regards!
