D8 Report or word templates

I was wondering if anyon has found a way to create a D8 report or something similar. What I would like is to create a sort of word template that can use a worflow to be autofilled with information from fields in Hubspot (from a complaint ticket) that we can then send to the customer once a ticket is closed.
