This appears to be a bug. I have attempted to change the default left sidebar for contacts many times, adding/removing fields and re-ordering all fields. The changes I make are saved in the updated default view tool but they do not update in my live CRM account. ---

I stand corrected on my post! After making the custom object changes to the default view, we need to go back into a contact record \> Actions \> View all properties \> (left panel - About) Reset to account defaults. This will revert to the defaults settings and remove any previous view settings applied by the user. The user can then make additional view setting changes that will be applied to their view only. ---

Hi @Peco Unfortunately, HubSpot isn’t pushing these changes to all users in HubSpot. It seems the location has changed a bit since some UI updates in HS took place.
