# customizing chatbot

is there a way i can add chatbot behind a button on my website, i want that when i click on that button in the website , it should show me chatbot icon

I think what you’re looking for is the Conversations SDK here: [https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api-reference/conversations-conversations-inbox-&-messages-v3/chat-widget-sdk#widget-behavior](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api-reference/conversations-conversations-inbox-&-messages-v3/chat-widget-sdk#widget-behavior) where you can control chat behaviour programmatically. There is a dedicated example section here: [https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api-reference/conversations-conversations-inbox-&-messages-v3/chat-widget-sdk#example](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api-reference/conversations-conversations-inbox-&-messages-v3/chat-widget-sdk#example) that aligns with what you’re after:

Using this method, you could create buttons and links to open specific chatflows on a page by adding query parameters to the page URL. You can refer to the sample code provided there to achieve your end goal. I’d recommend working with a developer for full implementation as needed.
