Customized "Deal Cards" in Deals Dashboard

+1 Completely Agree!

I was just looking to see if this functionality existed and in finding this thread, I guess it doesn’t currently exist. This would be immensely beneficial for seeing deals at a glance and which ones require attention. I agree with another poster that having the color change based on ‘Last Activity Date’ would be the most useful as it would highlight which deals need to be acted on first.

Please make this a priority HS.

This would really be a good advantage of HubSpot over other CRM’s!!
I want to tag certain deals that’s priority is “Hight” (I have “High”, “Medium” and “Low”) with a color!

Come on upvoting!! We are 60 now

This is perfect for a business managing multiple brands.

Pipeline management requires the ability to separate deals from others from a visibility point of view.

Colour coding yes is necessary otherwise at least a “hot” feature.

Brilliant Idea - We need to be able to colour projects that are running behind schedule

It an important idea , will be very useful to have such a feature

Empty

great idea! colour code altering as last activity goes further into the past.

Hi,

We have just clarified this with our onboarding specialsit as colour coded tiles would be hugely useful. Scoring does not work as effectively in board mode in my opinion.

Thanks!

I need this

Yes! Please! The more information contained in these macroscopic views, the more we use them; the better we use them.

I really like this idea! and I think other color options would help as well. I’d love to be able to organize my board by color and quickly see how each deal is going.

colors please.. When calling customers during a day it would be nice to have those called tagged, so the overview is easier.

Any update on this?

Hello, HubSpot community,

Thank you for your continued input on this idea--and your patience.

We are happy to say that board card property customization is in development. We are working on making it possible for admins to customize board card properties for all users in a portal in properties settings--both for Tickets and Deals. The selected properties will serve as the default displayed properties on all board cards in the portal.
Again, thank you all for your input here and for your help in making HubSpot a better product.

Hi @ybaptiste thanks for the update here.

Hubspot sends here people who would like to have the cards coloured (move visual as well), is that in planning? I really struggle with the fact that Hubspot is not very visual

For sure! $ amount does not drive our deals, but last contact date is very important. Also, When you have dozens of deals on the board, a colour code would be very helpfull. The colour code could be based on the administartor’s requirements--deals that go 3 days without a contact turn yellow, 5-days turn red. This would be very powerful visually.

This is an incredibly important feature - not having this exact functionality is causing us to start looking at other CRM systems. Our sales team manages dozens of deals at a time, and having to click into each deal to see the next step instead of having, for example, a ‘Follow Up Date’ field dislayed on the deal card is a huge drag on productivity.

With this feature available it would expand the applicability of HubSpot’s Deals to more organizations and their intricacies. Working in Sales and managing sales account’s requires the ability to nagivate through dozens of deals during a conversation--which is currently not feasible with the current tools. Would love to see this change.
