Sadly everyone I think we are all pi****g in the wind, it appears we are all screaming at HubSpot but nobody is listening, come on boys and girls DO SOMETHING!
How is this not a thing already? Why wouldnt we be able to simply create our own confirmation email and reminder email i in the email section, and designate these in the meeting section? Surely this is basic functionality!!! We go to all this effort to create marketing emails in complex workflows, but when it comes to emails related to meetings - my propsects recieve basic html text emails that look amateur! Common hubspot!!!

Yes! I’m mostly concerned with providing my conference line information in the confirmation email so that the end user knows where to dial in at the time of the meeting.

YES! In addition to this, we use the Zoom integration. Instead of having a contact get a “Calendar Invite” email with the zoom meeting link, I want the ORIGINAL email they get confirming their appointment to have their unique zoom link. There’s too much room for confusion.

I wish we could turn the HubSpot confirmation email off completely. Our organization is synced with Outlook so when someone books a meeting they get one email from HubSpot with the meeting info, and then a second email from Outlook with all the same info. I don’t think I can have Outlook not send the email for the meeting, but if anybody knows a way, please share

HubSpot you can do better
Replacing my brand with the HubSpot brand (just randomly out of the blue) is an absolute conflict and has already resulted in cancelled meetings. Customers get confused when the HB brand appears, where as my own logo has been consistent all the way through. I’m in life insurance and trust means everything.
To the average consumer, the HubSpot brand means nothing.
We absolutly need a custom email confirmation for meetings. Please.

Our clients are making us setup acuity scheduling until this gets sorted as their meeting requesters are being confused by meeting and not call
@rcobbett same here we now use Acuity for our scheduling, the inability to stop Google sending out it’s own confirmation emails was a nightmare, Google allows clients to reschedule which we do not!

Same here. We definitely need more control over what gets sent out when a prospect books a meeting. We have had our fair share of prospects missing meetings recently because they were expecting to see the meeting link in the booking confirmation email.
I personally don’t think the option with no advertising should be locked behind a paywall. It gives such a bad first impression.
I also think it’s kind of crazy how you can’t customise the confirmation email in anyway - even if you do pay.
