Yes, customizing the lead status in HubSpot is possible and can be a useful workaround since Lifecycle Stages cannot be modified. To customize the Lead Status to better fit your needs, follow these steps: First, access the settings by clicking the gear icon in the upper right corner of the main navigation bar. Next, navigate to Properties by selecting “Properties” under the “Data Management” section in the left-hand menu. Then, use the search bar to find the “Lead Status” property. Once found, click on the “Lead Status” property to edit it. You can add, remove, or modify the options to better align with your business processes.
