# Customize customer agent's transfer button

Please allow us to customize the customer agent’s transfer button. We may want to say “Transfer to human” or whatever the message may be.

This is an absolute must. My customers have provided feedback that this is not intuitive and it’s impacting their experience. Please Product team this has to be developed soon!

I need to set words as safe words that do not trigger!
