Hi, @EAzot Thank you for your question. I have a few general troubleshooting suggestions + I’d like to invite some community members to offer their insight.
Clear Cache and Refresh (basic, but every so often it works)
Check Your Customization Token (If you’ve deleted a customization token, make sure that there’s no reference to this token)
Examine the Module Code (Make sure that all your HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code is valid and doesn’t contain any errors)
Check for conflicts (look at other parts if this is part of a larger template. Try removing other elements to see if this resolves the issue)
Happy to help @Jaycee_Lewis , I think you’re on the right track with the “make sure that there’s no reference to this token.”
@EAzot even if you removed the configuration that used the personalization token, if the theme you are using has the option to add a personalization token, the CMS Free tools will limit you from publishing. It’s most likely that you had access to this tool previously through a trial or otherwise and now you don’t so it won’t let you publish.
We run into this a lot with the CTA capability, if someone is using a theme with CTAs and then they change their HubSpot plan to one that doesn’t include the CTA Tool, then no changes can be published to their website - even if all of the CTAs have been removed, because the theme gives you the option to add one, it essentially locks down the theme.
Without a link to the website or indication as to what theme you’re using, it’s hard to say for sure, but that’s my best guess as to what’s happening.
