I am trying to change the hover color of the Calendar to teal by changing the correspoding css under theme-overrides.css and form.css however the color seems to not change to what I want.
Can somebody help me ???

Also, I am noticing a lot of errors in the first screen grab. Can you tell us what those errors are as well?

Is the _forms.css included in the main css or on the template level? Depending on where the stylesheet sits, the themes_override.css file might be taking priority.
