I’m wondering if there’s a way to either flag (in a more obvious way) if someone unsubscribes from our Sales emails, to let our team know to not contact them either in HubSpot or Gmail.
I think HubSpot would bounce the emails, but if they were to go through a separate email client I would love a flag to indicate that they have opted out of a particular email subscription (ie. Sales 1:1 emails).
Hey @McBainKD you could create a list to show all contacts who have opted out of a specific subscription if you like. You can do this easily through the contact properties, it would be something like this:
If you have workflows you could also use this list to trigger notifications (in app, email, whatsapp etc) to go out to your team members who they’re assigned to if they have opted out of these emails.
