I’m trying to implement the chatbot from HubSpot. Can the design be customized, such as adding more text, buttons, and so on? I’ve had a hard time figuring it out.

Hi @morabiei happy to help with your question about the chatbot, there are a few customization options - like changing default text, but I don’t think it’s possible to add buttons (ILO of pre-written response buttons).
