They are looking for a way to be able to customise the behaviour of how pages are displayed within HubSpot.
They would like to establish default settings for their portal such that if they click on ‘select a template’ page upon creating an email it should default to the ‘custom’ templates page, whereas it doesn’t default to that at the moment.
It would really improve the user experience if they are able to customise some aspects of the flow so that it can help them be more efficient as well.
