hi team posting on behalf of my customer:

they are looking to be able to have more customiseable features for our Custom Survey Feature. Their end goal would be to make the survey more personalised and to edit the survey email, e.g. through adding their HTML or CSS. t

It would be great to have some functionality similar to that of the Marketing Email tool where users have more flexibility to determine styling etc. If we could consider this as we review the product it would be super beneficial!
