I am new to Hubspot and a CRM space. So please dont mind, if the question is too basic. I am trying to find a field which has a value for Customer Success manager in each company, similar to Company Owner. Please let me know if there is a separate field for that.

There is no default property for that in HubSpot. You can however create
your custom property.
If I understand correctly, those customer success managers would be people
from your organisation, correct?
If so, you’d create a custom company property called “Customer Success
Manager” with “HubSpot User” (
Understand property field types in HubSpot)
as field type. This would allow you to assign internal team members, who
have a HubSpot accounts.
You can then use this role to run automation, notifications, create tasks,
etc.
