Currently, the customer portal - ticket details page shows only the recent conversation and it is good to have an option show …
All conversations related to ticket
Ticket details submitted by the customer

Hey @SRaj43,
I’d love to help you out here (especially because I know of a good customer portal app). Could you go into more detail on this? I thought any emails made on a ticket would show up in the portal.
Best,
-David Staat

Hello! I wanted to mention that I contacted HS Support for this matter, and they helped me understand that **if you reply from the inbox (conversation)****, the customer can see the whole conversation**. But if you respond inside the ticket record by clicking reply in the email activity, it happens as you explained there.
Hope this helps!
