Customer portal for Tickets

Allow customers to log in and see their Ticket inbox, history, statuses, replies etc.

Ideally integrate this with Knowedge Base too.

Yes please!

YES, please!!!

Especially as HubSpot rolls out Service Hub and we’re interacting with existing customers within HubSpot more often, it would be incredibly helpful to build a customer login portal within HubSpot websites. Ideally, we’d like to have a place where we can upload shared documents for clients’ viewing and communicate with clients right on our website in a password-protected, secure portal.

Agreed, this is a gap in HubSpot’s capabilities compared to other web tools. Our company would benefit greatly from this functionality.

Agreed, would be very helpful for us too.

We also would love the feature and it would save us loads of time.

I would love it if they could even just log in and manage/update their preferences and subscriptions.

This would be really helpful. More and more customers want to use Hubspot to offer self service options for their clients and they do want the ability for customers to be able to edit their own details.

Agree. Hubspot promotes document sharing, however, a portal would eliminate all the waste in completing multiple document sharing processes.

Agreed. If Hubspot does do this now (providing clients access to their data on the Service Hub) what external service is best to integrate now? I could not find something in the app marketplace. Any suggestions are much appreciated. Thank you.

We’ve created a Customer Portal where any HubSpot Contact can be invited to, and then they can view their own or tickets associated to their Company. They can filter, view Notes and Add Notes.

Each portal is custom branded, but here is the vanilla version: https://hsctportal.com/register

@darynsmith Where can I get more information on the capabilities of this portal?

Hey @graceotaiza

Here is the page in the App Marketplace: HubSpot Marketplace

Also happy to meet and chat through it: https://www.hubledigital.com/meetings/daryn-smith

Hey everyone - My name is Lynne and I work as a Researcher with our product teams here in HubSpot. Firstly, thank you all so much for your feedback on this post. We will be running research in the coming weeks to learn more about the Customer Portal and would love to hear your thoughts in more detail. If you would be interested in chatting with me about this please take a minute and fill out the short form linked below and if you’re selected for the study we’ll be in touch with further details. Thanks again and looking forward to chatting more with some of you.

Provide a customer facing support inbox like you offer to Hubspot customers based on email domain of contact records; this also needs user accounts or SSO integration for each contact record.

So that our customers can see their Tickets we manage in Hubspot Service Hub. Zendesk offers this too.

This is crucial.

I can’t believe we don’t have that yet.

Yes, this is an important feature for Service Hub, provided by other helpdesk softwares such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.

Agreed.

When we’ve been checking Hubspot, we were sure that we will get the exact same tool for customer service as Hubspot offers to their own clients.

Hope this can be implemented soon :slightly_smiling_face:

Yes, please. We love Service Hub but this feels like a crucial missing feature.
