Currently, attachments are only showing in the conversation history of the customer portal. We routinely provide tailored documentation to our support clients and the history of the attachments/viewing can be challenging to navigate. Requesting Hubspot show a summarized view in the customer portal>Ticket> with a consolidated view of all the attachments posted.
