This seems to be an area we are struggling to report on with any real clarity.

I’m aware you can view individuals activity in their contact records but is there a way to do this at a more high level?

id love to know if a contact coming from organic social interacts with different elements than one who comes from paid media for example? What emails do they receive before becoming a customer etc.

it feels like we’re flying blind a lot of the time here.

Hi @squigglebit,

HubSpot recently launched customer journey analytics: [Create a report with journey analytics](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-a-journey-report)

They’re the closest you can currently get to what you’re looking for. HubSpot will however not surface the most common journeys to you - you need to know what you’re looking for.

Best regards!

I love Journey reports. It’s incredibly helpful for measuring conversions. However, over the past three months, I’ve been attempting to create reports to track the conversion rates of A/B emails, but unfortunately, HubSpot only picks one version of the emails.
