Customer Journey - Break down By Channel

Hi all,

In the analytics suite, you can build a user journey funnel, such as tracking from a landing page to submission and lead generation. However, the challenge I’m facing is identifying which channel users are landing on the page from (e.g., paid, organic, etc.). For some channels, I can filter by UTM parameters, campaign names, etc., but for organic traffic, I can’t apply filters to differentiate between sources like Google or Yahoo.

Is this something that can be implemented?

Thanks,
Kat

We have various sources funneling into the blog and website, we want to track this customer journey by having the same ability we do under contacts and use the ‘original source’ filter and ‘source drill down’ filter, which is currently missing and there doesn’t appear to be an equivalent filter

Hello! My name is Hallie, and I’m an Assocaite Program Manager on the CXM team here at HubSpot. This should now be available with the recent product release for source properties in the Customer Journey Report Builder! When you are selecting a pages visited touchpoint, you will now see Sources as a filter option or breakdown, as seen in this screenshot:
