Logging into my account this morning, all of my contact / customer information and history have dissapeared..
i have been using the same login information for 6 months without issue.. ?

Happy to help you troubleshoot this.
Are you the only user in your portal, might someone else have changed your permissions?
Are there records in the ‘bin’?
Are there integrations under Settings > Integrations > Connected Apps which might have permissions to edit/delete records?
